GENERAL CONDITIONS

The minimum age for drivers is twenty-one. A valid driving license which has been held for at least year is required, together which a passport or an acceptable national identity card. Minimal rental charge is one day, which counts as 24 hours from start of rental.On collection, all vehicles have a full tank of petrol and should be returned as such, otherwise any difference in fuel spent will be charged, plus refueling service fee.

Form of payment should be advised at the time of reservation. We offer convenience of paying with most major international credit cards ; cash rentals require a deposit appropriate to an anticipated rental charge and relevant to value of rented vehicle. Reservations are usually confirmed for a car group and not for a specific model. All information contained herein only applies to reservations originating and vehicles rented in Croatia.   INSURANCE

All rates include third party liability insurance. In case of damage / loss of rented vehicle or parts of it, fire breakage of glass of theft, the renter is liable and should consider additional insurance protection.

CDW (Collision Damage waiver) and TP (Theft Protection) may reduce client s liability to relevant NWE ( Non-Waivable Excess).

Super CDW ? this optional fee excludes renter from paying excess amount (NWE).

PAI (Passenger Accident Insurance) ? insures a driver and any passengers in case of an accident involving the rented vehicle. Amounts insured are in accordance with the valid terms and conditions of insurance company.

  ADDITIONAL SERVICES

Child seat, roof or ski rack, ski box, 80,00 kn daily maximum 240,00 kn per rental (damages or loss will be charged at cost price)

Delivery / collection: free of charge within city centers. Delivery / collection after office hours and outside city limits is possible.

RIH/LIT one way rentals are permitted and free of charge in our office

A Chauffeur Drive service is available, please enquire.

  PARKING TICKETS AND TRAFIC VIOLATIONS

You are responsible for the cost of any parking infringements and other penalties incurred during your contract period. The rental vehicle provider or Euro car rental will charge your credit card for any parking tickets and or traffic violations. You are also subject to pay administrative fees.
